The MHP Heavy-Duty Precleaner battles the worst environments with the most abrasion-resistant urethane blade Flexco offers. Features multiple material path options and extended pole lengths to ensure it fits the application perfectly.

  • MegaShear™ solid, urethane blade - this enormous blade provides an extended life so this heavy-duty cleaner can get the job done
  • CEMA Class 5
  • Dual PST2 Tensioners with visual tension check
  • Portable Air Tensioners (PATs) available
  • Compatible with reversing belts and mechanical fasteners
  • Belt speeds up to 1500 fpm (7.5 m/sec)
  • Pulley diameter from 20" to 84" (500 to 2100 mm)
  • Belt widths from 24" to 96" (600 to 2400 mm)

Installation

  • Mounted on the head pulley
  • Combine with MHS Heavy-Duty Secondary Cleaner to create a system delivering maximum cleaning power
