V-Guides
V-Guides are an effective, bondable solution for keeping belts centered over split or grooved pulleys. They operate within the notches of the pulley to quickly correct mistracking problems.
Features and Benefits:
- Can be installed using heat welds, RF welds, or cold chemical bonds to underside of belt
- Tapered guide ends that ensure self-alignment in grooved pulleys
- Made of extremely durable material that is FDA-approved for use in a variety of food-handling applications
Options:
- Available in smooth rubber and PVC, as well as notched PVC for smaller diameter pulleys
- Custom profiles, colors, and compounds can be produced upon request
Applications:
- Systems with grooved pulleys
- For minimum pulley diameters of 2” – 8” (50 – 200 mm)
