Often multiple systems could be selected, but given your specific needs one may be a better fit for your organization. Quick Installation

Splices can be installed quickly, allowing productivity to resume fully. This is a key consideration when downtime costs for an operation are very high.

Abrasion Resistance

The splice is resistant to abrasion wear. Particularly important with slider bed conveyor configurations and/or applications conveying abrasive materials such as agriculture, shingle plants, etc.

Overall Strength

Certain applications are more physically demanding than others. For those that are operating at high tensions, select a splice option that yields the highest strength.

Ease of Installation

While all splices can be installed with basic mechanical skills, the amount of ease can vary between product offerings.

Splice Height

The height of the splice is difference of the splice height less the actual belt thickness. A lower profile splice will generate less noise in operation, less wear on conveyor components and less wear on the product being conveyed.

Non-Metallic, Non-Marking

Ideal for applications involving food, x-ray equipment, or when conveying materials that are susceptible to scratching.
