Flexco Introduces the Clipper® G Series™ Lacing System

G Series Lacing SystemFlexco recently introduced the Clipper® G Series™ Lacing System. Designed for use with PVC, PU, and PES belting, installation of G Series Lacing produces a flat, low-profile splice that is durable and corrosion resistant.

Featuring staggered-leg geometry with four alternating leg lengths, Clipper G Series Lacing offers various points of belt penetration that provide more strength and durability for the splice. G Series Lacing is precision-stamped from 316 L stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant and ensuring a consistent 4.00mm pitch over the entire length of the lace. 

Ideal for use in food manufacturing, package and parts handling, and filter media, G Series Lacing sits flush to the belt, creating a low-profile splice.

The lacing is machine-applied for consistent compression, resulting in a uniform and flat splice. The common bar connection design also aids in the reduction of belt wave. Corrugated stainless steel wire connecting pins prevent migration during use.

The G Series Lacing System face strips can be used to install with existing Clipper tools, including the Microlacer®, Manual Roller Lacer®, and Roller Lacer® Gold Class. The hydraulic Pro-600 and Pro-6000 can also be used to install G Series lacing with applicable combs.

Available in lengths of 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm, G Series Lacing can requires minimum pulley diameters from 40mm to 50mm.
