Alligator® Plastic Rivet Fasteners Loosen or Break When in Service:

Rivets may have been overheated during installation process.
  • Be sure to use Alligator Plastic Rivet Lube when compressing/melting plastic rivets to avoid overheating plastic and making it brittle.
Conveyor tension exceeds recommended tension for this fastener.
