ConShear^™ Replacement Blades

Conshear™ Replacement Blades clean longer with less maintenance. They provide optimal cleaning results, the blade width should be sized to fit the belt's material path.

The faceted profile allows the blade to renew its cleaning edge as it wears. The molded-in wear line indicates when the blade is worn and needs to be replaced. Plus the blades can be changed quickly, no special tools are needed, simply pull one pin and replace.
