Mineline^® MSP Standard-Duty

The Mineline^® MSP Precleaner is not your average solid-blade belt cleaner that mounts on the head pulley. It is a mine-tough design that combines simple, do-it-yourself installation, quick maintenance and effective cleaning results with an affordable price tag.

The ConShear™ blade with the "faceted profile" design provides both a conforming and shearing action for consistent cleaning power. The faceted profile of the ConShear blade sets it apart from ordinary solid blades. The ConShear blade renews its edge as it wears. The blade forms a new shearing edge once the wear reaches each new faceted blade section. This insures continuous cleaning efficiency throughout the life of the blade. The Material Path Blade Option is sized to span just the material path and not the entire belt width. This minimizes differential wear between the ends of the blade and the center. Consequently, as the center wears faster it is not held off the belt by the slower-wearing ends. More conformance means more consistent cleaning performance.

The MSP works with mechanical splices. The spring tensioner quickly moves the blade away from the belt when a splice passes. The urethane blade easily glides over the splice without damage or cleaning disruption.

A visual blade tensioning check on the spring tensioner makes routine maintenance quick. Blade retensioning, if needed, can be done from the easy-access side of the beltline. Plus, blade replacement is as simple as pulling a pin and inserting the new blade. The Mineline Standard Precleaner (MSP) is the economical and effective way to clean your standard-duty conveyor belts.
