TuffShear^™ Replacement Blades

Mineline^® MMP Medium_Duty precleaner uses a 10" (250 mm) TuffShear™ blade that has the same patented design as Flexco's successful ConShear™ solid blade.

The larger TuffShear™ blade provides the optimal increased blade tip tension on the belt to peel off material on high-speed and high-load conveyor applications. The blade's proprietary urethane formulation is designed for high abrasion resistance and extended wear life. Each blade has 6" (150 mm) of useable urethane. That means in most cases, the TuffShear blade will provide 20% to 30% longer wear than conventional blades.
