Flex-Lag® Weld-On™ Rubber Pulley Lagging


Specially designed to eliminate problems associated with vibration, cleaner chatter and overall belt cleaner compatibility.

Features and Benefits:

  • Gear tooth design is engineered to ensure simple, on-site installation
  • Features a gutterless design for improved cleaner compatibility
  • Easily installed by your own maintenance crew without removing the pulley and often with the belt still in place
  • Available in Standard or Flame-Resistant Rubber where additional resistance to fire or oils is desired
  • Designed to CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Association) pulley width standards


Applications:

  • For drive and non-drive pulleys
  • For belt widths from 18” – 72” (450 – 1800 mm) and pulley diameters of 16” – 30” (405 – 750 mm) and over
