Flexco Announces Kevin Fales as HD Business Unit Director

Flexco is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Fales as HD Business Unit Director. In this role, Fales will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of Flexco's heavy-duty business unit, driving continued growth and innovation for the company's mining, aggregate, and cement customers worldwide. 

Fales brings a wealth of experience and credibility to his new role. Since joining Flexco in 2010 as a Heavy-Duty Belt Conveyor Product Specialist, he has served as a consistent brand ambassador to the field and customers. Most recently, as Heavy-Duty Belt Conveyor Product Manager (2016–2025), Fales drove the development of key products and solutions for Flexco's heavy-duty customer base, establishing himself as a trusted leader within the organization. 

In his new position, Fales will oversee a talented team of professionals, including the individual who fills his previous role; Franklin Moore (Heavy-Duty Mechanical Belt Fasteners Product Manager); Matt Williams (Sr. Engineering Manager); Ryan Grevenstuk (Heavy-Duty Industry Manager – Hard Rock); Rafael Peraza (Heavy-Duty Industry Manager – Cement/Aggregate); and David Foreman (Elevate Program Field Manager).  

Looking ahead, Fales will play a pivotal role in executing Flexco's 2026 and beyond heavy-duty business strategy, which focuses on improving time-to-market and enhancing product offerings to better serve the needs of customers around the globe. 

Fales holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in business administration from Western Michigan University. He has also completed MIT's Mastering Design Thinking program (2021) and continues to invest in his professional development through participation in Flexco's Leading Ahead program and as a graduate of the Leading Others program (2023).
