Thomas S. Wujek, President and Chief Executive Officer

Wujek has been with Flexco since 1992, serving as Quality Assurance Manager, Field Sales Representative, Sales and Operations Manager, Vice President of Sales and Operations, and Executive Vice President/COO prior to his appointment to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Wujek is active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA), serving as President in 2014, as well as the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA). He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Workers Compensation Trust of Illinois from 2006 - 2008, and as a board member for HR Source (formerly The Management Association of Illinois) from 2004 - 2010.

Glen Paradise, Chief Financial Officer

Paradise has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as the CFO throughout his tenure. In this position, Paradise is tasked with leading profitable growth and preserving the financial assets of the business through collaboration, efficient processes that yield timely and accurate information, and insightful analytics, resulting in sound business decisions. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Keith Staninger, Chief Digital Officer

Staninger recently joined the Flexco team as Chief Digital Officer, responsible for establishing and implementing the company's digital transformation, while enabling strategic and business model innovation. His role includes new value for our customers, integration to our partners and using data across the organization with the enablement of technology, business system integration and processes. Keith earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Purdue University, an MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a graduate certificate in Financial Management from Rutgers University. 

Chip Winiarski, Chief Marketing Officer

In the position of Chief Marketing Officer, Winiarski is responsible for Flexco’s global marketing, engineering, and strategic account efforts, as well as North American Sales. Winiarski has more than 25 years of experience serving global end-user customers, distributors, OEMs, design firms, and belting companies engaged in a variety of light-duty and heavy-duty industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, a master’s degree from The Ohio State University with a concentration in Strategy and Finance, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Winiarski is also active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA) and the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA). Winiarski has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as Director of Marketing – Heavy-Duty and Vice President of Marketing prior to his appointment to Chief Marketing Officer in 2020.

Tammy Balogh, Chief People Officer

Balogh has been with Flexco since 1990, starting in the customer service department before transitioning into the human resources department and serving as Director of Human Resources prior to her appointment to Vice President in 2016. As Chief People Officer, Balogh is responsible for strategic human resources planning and talent acquisition for the company's global business. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business and serves on the Manufacturer Council for the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA).

Martin O'Neill, Senior Director of North American Sales and Global Strategic Accounts

O'Neill has worked at Flexco since 1993 in a variety of sales and leadership roles, beginning his career in Australia as a Territory Salesman in New South Wales. He now provides strategic leadership for Global Strategic Account resources as well as leadership and coordination of all sales resources in North America, including Territory Managers and Field Specialists, along with the Customer Experience Team. O'Neill earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Sydney University in Australia.

Beth Miller, Director of Marketing - Light Duty

Miller has more than 32 years of experience in serving global end users, distributors, OEMs, and belting companies engaged in various light-duty applications, including package and parts handling, agriculture, food processing, commercial laundry, corrugated boxboard, filter media, and related industries. She is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for these markets and the light-duty product lines. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree from Hope College and has taken numerous MBA classes from Western Michigan University.

Ryan Grevenstuk, Director of Marketing – Heavy-Duty

Grevenstuk is responsible for strategic global business and market plans, industry and market research, new product development, customer relationship management, and technical support for the heavy-duty product lines at Flexco. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, as well as a master’s degree from Western Michigan University.

Aaron Rosso, Senior Product Manager

Rosso is responsible for managing the heavy-duty mechanical belt fastener program globally for Flexco, including the program vision and strategy, product development plan, product line portfolio, promotion, PR and communications, pricing, and profitability. Rosso graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received his master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.

Ramses Banda Marquez, Product Manager

Banda Marquez manages the overall marketing strategy and activities associated with the light-duty mechanical fastener line and belt conveyor products. He brings expertise in marketing, product management, operations, engineering, and supply chain management to Flexco, along with extensive experience in distribution and international business. Banda Marquez also holds patents in both the U.S. and Australia. Banda Marquez earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baja California State University and a master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. 

Kevin Fales, Product Manager

Fales manages the belt conveyor product (BCP) line, providing strategic guidance for the global BCP business unit. This includes identifying product development opportunities and working with global engineering resources to create new product concepts and enhance existing products that meet local market requirements. He also leads the development of technical and promotional literature supporting BCP line. Fales graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and from Western Michigan University with a Master of Business Administration.

Franklin Moore, Product Manager – MLT North America

Moore began his tenure at Flexco in 2012 as a BCP Marketing Support Analyst  before moving into the role of Industry Manager in 2017, identifying focus markets, researching chosen industries, and concentrating on the voice of the customer in various heavy-duty industries. In his current role, Moore is responsible for the market strategy for the MLT product line in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, which includes the Super-Screw® line of fasteners and Fix’N Go® Rip Repair. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Michelle Graves, Marketing Specialist - Novitool

Graves manages the overall global business, market plans, technical support, and activities associated with the light-duty belting market for the Novitool product line, including new product development, market analysis, and global strategy. Graves holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College as well as a master’s degree from Grand Valley State University.

Mark Green, Marketing Field Specialist

Green has been with Flexco for more than 25 years, working in various roles such as manufacturing, ISO9001 implementation, engineering support, project management and more. In his current position, Green works with a variety of departments at Flexco in a global capacity to conduct internal and external product testing, develop and conduct product training and demonstrations, and is the customer service liaison to answer technical questions from the customers and convey customer feedback to the product team. Green works alongside the product design, development, and marketing teams to ensure the voice of the customer is represented in the design and build of Flexco products.

Sander Romers, Marketing Field Specialist

Romers came to Flexco in 2010 with several years of industry experience under his belt. In his role, Romers travels the world providing technical support for the light-duty fastener and endless splicing product lines. He is also heavily involved in internal and external product testing and conducts regular training and demonstrations as an instructor for our distributor training schools and employee onboarding. Romers' specialty is working with the product design, development, and marketing teams to ensure Flexco products are designed and built with the customer in mind.

Todd Stewart, Industry Manager

Stewart has been with Flexco for over 32 years, working in various roles from customer service, to manufacturing, to training and new product development. As Industry Manager, Stewart thoroughly researches target industries, creating programs to support each industry and identifying customer issues, as well as potential product solutions. Stewart currently leads the development of the Logistics Industry Program and is responsible for ensuring that Flexco is positioned to serve the needs of our global customers. Stewart earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a B2B specialty from Davenport University.
