Flex-Lag® Weld-On™ Rubber Lagging

Flex-Lag® Weld-On Rubber Lagging features a patented gear-tooth design. This eliminates the wide gutters present in conventional weld-on lagging products and also helps minimize problems associated with vibration, cleaner chatter, and overall belt cleaner compatibility. 

Features and Benefits

  • Diamond pattern is based on rain tire tread designs for superior water-shedding characteristics
  • Performs well in both dry and wet applications
  • Lagging strips are designed to CEMA pulley width standards to eliminate waste and reduce installation time by up to 50% over similar weld-on lagging products
  • Available in SBR rubber and FRAS-approved rubber

  • Strip widths from 20" to 101" (500 mm - 2560 mm) to match pulley face widths
  • Also works with pulley diameters ranging from 16" to 72" (400 - 1800 mm) to match belt widths
