Flexco® Size R6 Low Profile Fasteners
Ideal for use in applications up to 800 PIW with R6 RustAlloy® and Stainless Steel rivets. R6LP features a lower fastener profile for improved compatibility with cleaner blades, skirt rubber, and return idlers.

- Design: Staggered five-rivet pattern, lower-profile Scalloped Edge™
- Belt Thickness: 5/6”-23/32 (8 mm-18 mm)
- Minimum Pulley Diameter: 18” (450 mm)
- Maximum PIW: 800 (140kN/m)
- Belt Widths: 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60”, 72”, 84” (450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm, 1350 mm, 1500 mm, 2130 mm)
- Metal Selection: Stainless Steel, RustAlloy®
- Rivet Selection: Individual or collated, steel or stainless steel
- Installation Method: Hammer or power tool and applicator tool.
