The Novitool® Aero® Splice Press with IntelliSplice™ Technology transforms how you create endless splices, delivering quality and repeatable splices with a precise heat zone and rapid cooling, all in a new user-friendly experience.

Thanks to expanded connectivity capabilities from the Aero Mobile App that allow users to sync recipes and manage them from their smart device and sync splice cycle logs for viewing on the Dashboard along with our new touchscreen and D-pad controllers, operators of the Aero with IntelliSplice can expect to complete quality splices in just 8 minutes, preventing costly downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

  • New touchscreen and D-pad controllers allow operators to easliy swipe and click through settings to input recipe parameters, load saved recipes, update settings, or get help
  • BLE and Wi-FI compliant in the following countries: Canada, Europe, United Kingdon, and United States
  • Recipes saved right on the press result in consistent, quality, and repeatable splices
  • Independently programable top and bottom heating settings and forced air cooling systems in both the top and bottom of the press, along with its fast cycle times, allow for high troughput of just 8 minutes per splice
  • New Help section gives users access to instruction manuals, product videos, step-by-stpe tutorials, and other system information through the new user interface.
  • Aero Mobile (available on iOS and Android) enables maintenance teams to connect the press to their smart device, giving them access to their reciped library to create, edit, and delete recipes, sync them back to the press, and upload splice cycle data to be viewed on the Dashboard
