Y-Type™ Standard-Duty with Ultra High-Temp Blades

Conveyor Belt Cleaner

The Y-Type™ Standard-Duty with Ultra High-Temp Blades is made from heavy-duty, powder-coated steel with a  2-3/8" (60 mm) diameter pole and works on reversing belts, vulcanized belts, and belts with mechanical fasteners.

Specifications

  • Maximum Belt Speed: 600 fpm (3 m/sec)
  • Temperature Rating: 400° F (200° C) with spikes to 450° F (232° C)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 2" (50 mm)
  • Blade Material: Polyurethane (ultra high-temp)
  • 3" (75 mm) wide blade segments
  • Option to remove and replace blades individually or as a complete cartridge
  • Pole Diameter: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
  • Available for Belt Widths: 18" to 48" (450 to 1200 mm)

Installation

  • Pole Length: Pole Length: Belt width plus 30" (750 mm). For longer requirements, see Pole Extenders under Belt Cleaner Accessories.
  • Horizontal clearance required: 4-1/4" (110 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: 8-1/4" (210 mm)
